Celebrating the launch of Student Experience Granada!

Student Experience proudly opened its second student residence in Spain, located in the Parque Tecnológico de la Salud neighborhood of Granada. This new development marks a significant milestone as the company continues to grow its international presence. Student Experience Granada offers 520 fully furnished studios and a wide range of shared facilities to support students in their academic and personal growth. This complex is Student Experience’s second student residence to achieve the BREEAM Excellent certificate. During the inauguration, the Mayor of Granada, Acciona Construcción S.L., Martínez y Soler Arquitectura S.L., Architects García Alba S.L., and the first residents were present.

Effortless student living
Student Experience Granada welcomes students from all around the world, offering a variety of facilities designed to meet their diverse needs. To support their academic journey, the complex offers 24/7 access to the study and meeting room. Recognising this generation’s need for community, the residence provides plenty of spaces for leisure and socialising. All shared facilities on the ground floor open onto a lively central courtyard, featuring a swimming pool and seating area. Lounges and (rooftop) terraces invite students to connect with their neighbors. For health and recreation, they can use the gym and rooftop padel field.
Students can opt for a meal plan and benefit from bi-weekly cleaning services, freeing up time for studying and socialising. Simultaneously, Student Experience encourages independent living by offering studios with private kitchens and organising events that promote personal development, equipping students with beneficial skills for the future.
A service that really stands out is the language school, where students can enroll in free English or Spanish classes, offering benefits such as improving communication skills and cultural integration.
BREEAM-ES Excellent
Next to contributing to an effortless student life, the complex has been designed to make sustainability accessible for all of its residents. Student Experience Granada has achieved a BREEAM-ES Excellent certificate, ranking it among the top sustainable student residences in Spain. This project was developed in collaboration with Acciona Construcción S.L. and designed by Martínez y Soler Arquitectura S.L. and Architects García Alba S.L.
Key features include 300m2 of solar panels, an aerothermal heat pump, a rainwater collection system, and high-efficiency thermal insulation, all contributing to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. In line with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal of responsible consumption and production, the studios – both regular and adapted for students with mobility requirements – are fully furnished with high-quality, durable furniture. The complex also offers shared transportation and a rental unit, enabling students to embrace a flexible and eco-conscious lifestyle – values that resonate strongly with today’s generation.
