Green light for short-stay hotel Student Experience in Amstelveen!

We’re proud to share that Student Experience has received official approval for its new project in Kronenburg, Amstelveen. This new short-stay hotel will welcome, among others, (international) students and young talents who are temporarily staying in the Amsterdam area.
Community and amenities
The new complex will feature 500 fully furnished studios; each designed for comfort and convenience. Available for stays of up to six months, these studios provide an ideal solution for young professionals who need a temporary home base while pursuing their studies or career opportunities in the city.
The complex will feature a variety of facilities, such as flex working spaces, study rooms, and a rooftop sports field, creating the perfect balance between life, work, study, and leisure.
Part of a lively campus area
The Kronenburg area in Amstelveen is undergoing a transformation into a lively (campus) area. The current plan will include 438 student homes, 3600 short-stay-units, employment opportunities, and sports and hospitality facilities. An inspiring area just a stone’s throw from Vrije Universiteit (VU) Amsterdam and a short bike ride from the Universiteit van Amsterdam (UvA)!
A milestone for student living
With this project, Student Experience continues its mission to create community-driven housing. Designed with sustainability in mind, the new residence will follow BREEAM-NL standards, ensuring environmentally responsible construction.
