We’re incredibly proud to announce that Student Experience Granada has received the BREEAM-ES Excellent certificate. This is the second location, following Amsterdam Minervahaven, to achieve this recognition.

What is BREEAM-ES?
BREEAM-ES is the Spanish adaptation of the internationally recognized BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) standard. It is a leading sustainability assessment method for planning projects, infrastructure, and buildings. BREEAM-ES evaluates buildings based on various criteria such as energy efficiency, health and wellbeing, innovation, land use, materials, management, pollution, transport, waste, and water. The ‘Excellent’ rating is one of the highest possible scores under this system, indicating exceptional performance in sustainability practices and environmental responsibility.
Why is BREEAM-ES Important?
BREEAM-ES promotes the reduction of environmental impacts through sustainable design and construction practices. Having received the certification ensures that our complexes provide a healthy environment for our students and one that inspires them to become eco-conscious.
