Student Experience presents the construction of its first international location in Madrid Pozuelo

For the project, Student Experience has partnered up with local companies: AGAS, responsible for the architectural concept, and contractor Grupo Avintia, responsible for the construction phase of the project.

The new location in Madrid Pozuelo will offer 600 fully furnished studios with a private bathroom and balcony for local and international students. This one-of-a-kind sustainable housing complex will provide all-in access to a wide range of facilities and services including an open air pool, a rooftop paddle court and 24/7 service and security. A space where living facilities are combined with areas for study and recreation, Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo will offer an optimal living environment for students to focus on their personal growth and enjoy their student life in Madrid to the fullest. Conveniently located near several universities and public transportation, this location is designed to become a valuable addition to the local infrastructure. The commitment to sustainability is expressed through a variety of structural elements, such as water recycling facilities, photovoltaic panels, green roofs, electric vehicle charging stations and a variety of flora planted on the premises. The Madrid Pozuelo location is expected to generate approximately 50 new jobs while creating a student community focused on safety, wellbeing and realizing students’ potential.
