2 wins for Student Experience: BREEAM and Coliving Awards 2025

Exciting news! Student Experience took home two prestigious awards at the beginning of this month. Our residence Madrid Pozuelo won the Best Project Certified at the 2025 BREEAM Awards, and our company was also named Best Student Coliving at the Coliving Awards in Barcelona.
Building for a greener future
At Student Experience, we believe living well should also mean living sustainably. That’s why every new building we develop aims for BREEAM Excellent certification, which is one of the highest sustainability standards in the world.
Earlier this year, Student Experience Madrid Pozuelo officially achieved two BREEAM-ES Excellent certificates, scoring an impressive 74.71% for Building and 76.34% for Building Management.
