Construction milestone for Student Experience Granada

We are happy to announce that the construction of Student Experience Granada has reached its highest point.

This exciting moment puts us closer to opening our first location in the South of Spain in early 2024. The residence will be located at Parque Tecnológico de la Salud in Granada, and Acciona is leading the technical design and execution of the project.

Student Experience Granada will be the second international location of Student Experience and will be the home of 520 local and international students. We can’t wait to see it finished!

This comfortable student complex with fully furnished studios, a private bathroom, and a kitchenette, will offer numerous facilities, services, and activities, such as a multifunctional lounge, a swimming pool in the inner courtyard, a padel court, a gym, and various study areas for students to find their entire focus.

The rooftop will have a staggered succession of terraces with beautiful views of Sierra Nevada, providing usable outdoor spaces connected by stairs. Green terraces, sedum planting to protect local flora and fauna, and over 300 m² of solar panels will be part of sustainable living in the complex.
