Our first international location in Spain is now open!

We are thrilled to announce the opening of our first international location in Madrid. This marks an exciting milestone for our company and a significant step towards our international expansion. The new complex is located in the green neighborhood of Pozuelo de Alarcón, close to various universities and about 20 minutes away from Madrid city center by metro. It features 600 fully furnished studios with a private bathroom and balcony.

The brand-new building boasts a modern architectural design with bright spaces, designed to work seamlessly with the local rugged topography and Mediterranean climate. It offers amazing facilities where residents can focus on their studies while enjoying their student life to the fullest: multifunctional lounges and study rooms, a swimming pool in the courtyard, a padel court on the rooftop, a gym equipped with top-notch machines, a laundromat, and a private dining room. A DO EAT! restaurant on the ground floor offers a variety of healthy meals and is open to the public so that our neighbors can also enjoy the beautiful sunset from the restaurant’s terrace. Our team is available 24/7 at this full-service location.
Sustainability
In our expansion, we are committed to putting the best foot forward when it comes to sustainability and creating the lowest carbon footprint, and we proudly announce that our new building holds the highest available energy label A. The complex includes a number of features such as rainwater recycling, close to 1000m² (about twice the area of a basketball court) of solar panels to power the building, electric vehicle charging stations, green roofs, and a variety of local flora planted in the whole building. The location comes with recycling facilities so that trash can be properly separated and handled.
