Student Experience begins the construction of its new development in Granada

Student Experience is pleased to announce the start of construction of its second student residence in Spain, located at Parque Tecnológico de La Salud in Granada. Construction works led by Acciona have started and are expected to be completed in early 2024.

As with the previous developments by Student Experience, the Granada project is backed by Rinkelberg Capital Ltd. Rinkelberg is a London-based privately held investment firm with a focus on direct investments in real estate, private equity, and fixed income.
