Student Experience expands its portfolio with 520 studios in Granada, Spain

Student Experience is expanding its portfolio with the development of a 520-studio Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) in Granada, Spain. The new residence will be located at Parque Tecnológico de La Salud in Granada and is scheduled to open for the academic year 2023/2024. Student Experience has contracted ACCIONA for technical design and execution of the project. This Granada residence is the second PBSA development by Student Experience in Spain, following the Madrid Pozuelo location, the construction of which started in May 2021.

As with the previous developments by Student Experience, the Granada project is backed by Rinkelberg Capital Ltd. Rinkelberg is a London-based privately held investment firm with a focus on direct investments in real estate, private equity and fixed income.
