Student Experience Granada wins ‘Best Sustainable Student Housing’ award

We’re proud to share that our Granada residence has been recognized with the ‘Best Sustainable Student Housing’ award by The Class Foundation. The award celebrates the work we’ve put into creating a place where students can thrive personally, socially, and sustainably.

What makes Granada stand out is our belief that sustainability is more than buildings; it’s about people and the planet. Our approach brings together health of the mind, body, and planet, helping students feel well supported in their daily lives while also making responsible choices for the world around them. 

Recognized again and sharing our expertise 

This is the third time we’ve received this recognition, following earlier wins for Amsterdam Minervahaven and Madrid Pozuelo. Alongside the awards, our team also contributed to the wider conversation at The Class Conference, sharing insights on how student housing can support universities in attracting and caring for students, especially through living concepts that strengthen student wellbeing.
