Student Experience Granada is the official residence of the Universidad de Granada, one of Spain's largest universities in a city with over 60,000 students. The partnership provides direct integration with the university while Student Experience operates the asset independently. The complex holds a BREEAM-ES Excellent certificate, the second SE project to achieve this standard, supported by 300 m² of solar panels, an aerothermal heat pump, a rainwater collection system and high-efficiency thermal insulation. Designed by AGAS and Martínez y Soler Arquitectura and built by Acciona, the project won Best Sustainable Student Property from The Class Foundation in 2025.
Designed for the Andalusian way of life
In Granada, life moves outdoors. The complex is built around a courtyard swimming pool, with a rooftop padel court, gym, and open-air social spaces that reflect the local climate and culture. Studios range from 17 to 21.3 m², each fully furnished with air conditioning, automatic window shutters, a private kitchen and bathroom. An in-house restaurant offers optional meal plans. A free language school providing English and Spanish classes supports international students in settling in. Study rooms, a private dining room, lounge, launderette, car and e-bike parking, and EV charging complete the daily infrastructure.
