The next step: the above-ground construction phase

While the outlines of the substructure are clearly visible, we are certainly not sitting still behind the scenes. We are currently engaged in constructive discussions with the contractor to reach a final agreement on the realization of the further above-ground section of the building.

What can we expect in the coming months?

As soon as the agreements with the contractor are fully finalized, we can determine the exact schedule for the next phase. We expect to have the necessary clarity in the coming months, so that we can officially give the green light for the actual construction of the complex.
