Johan Verweij had a clear vision: to create the world’s best living environment for students. He wanted a safe, secure place he would trust his own children to live in. This vision became reality in 2015 with the opening of the first complex: Student Experience Amsterdam Zuidas.

The complex features 800 independent studios and a wide range of facilities, which quickly changed the landscape of the neighborhood. Students finally had access to high-quality, functional accommodation at a prime location. This proved that you don't have to choose between privacy and community. You can have both.
